Project Title: Denverton Duck Club Restoration Project
Working with the California Waterfowl Association, NRM staff conducted botanical surveys, prepared a wetland delineation, and biological assessment to address restoration and improvement of an approximately 900-acre parcel in the Suisun Marsh. The parcel has been in use as a duck club for more than 70 years and proposed enhancement of the levees and interior structures was addressed in the Biological Assessment. NRM prepared permit applications and represented the applicant in negotiations with state and federal agencies.
